I’ve spent 25 years inside complex projects with budget and timeline pressure. Now I bring that to teams without the full-time commitment — as a fractional COO, an SVP-level operating lead, or an embedded partner during a critical transition.

The work is operational, not advisory. I sit in the room where execution happens, work with the people doing it, and stay until the problem is resolved.

I also take board seats — operating ones, where the role carries accountability, not just advice.
